Available Classes:

Circuit Training (£3 members, £5 non-members*)

Membership card available from reception before each session or anytime during opening hours


Circuit training will improve both aerobic and muscular fitness.

Circuit training contains stations each with unique strength or cardio exercise. Each exercise will last 30-45 seconds with 15-20 seconds break between each exercise.
