One on One Personal Training sessions are created to suit your needs. Depending on your goal(s), and time constraints, workouts will focus on:
Weight loss/gain
General conditioning for men, women
Circuit Training
Most fitness programs will focus on a cross disciplinary approach, for example: stability ball workout and free weights performed with intervals of high intensity as well as short resting periods to ensure that you never get the same workout twice.
Frequency and duration are determined during your initial consultation. We will help identify and avoid obstacles that might distract you from these goals. Rest assured that our goal is to provide you with a plan of action that gets results you can feel.
Body composition, analysis and nutritional consultation are an added bonus for existing clients.
