Can I make payment without PAYPAL account?

 

Yes, once you place your order, fill out your contact details and proceed to PayPal payment page. Choose the option Don´t have a PayPal account and fill out required information.

 

What if I ordered supplements out of stock?

If you haven´t made the payment, your order will be deleted within 7 days from the placement of order. If you have made the payment, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours.

Can I pay on delivery?

 

No, we do not offer the option to make payment on delivery. Any orders made will be dispatched once we received full payment for it. Unpaid orders will be deleted within 7 days. 

Can I change the address after I had made the order?

Yes, you can change the address after you made the order. Please be advised that once we post the order, there is no way, we can change the destination. You have to change the address before we post the item(s). 

Can I change the delivery adress to my place of work ?

Yes, but be aware that we to complete the delivery process we need your signature as proof that delivery was successful and you have received your item(s). 

How can I change my password?

 

The only way to change your password is to send request email on info@fitsupplements.co.uk with your details (full name and address) and the new password which you would like to use to access your account. Once your password is successfully changed, we will send you confirmation email. Please be advised that all your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. 

Can my parcel be left in safe place?

No. As proof of delivery a signature is required. Ensure that parcel/package is in good condition and it has not been opened before signing for it as damage might occur during transport.
