This formula is a whey protein dominant fusion of milk proteins, including instantized whey protein isolates, whey protein concentrate and our UBER MILK, a premium milk protein isolate! Milk may be one of the greatest muscle building foods ever. It naturally contains a ratio of 80% casein and 20% whey protein. Our gently ultrafiltered milk protein isolate preserves this ratio and provides the casein as undenatured micellar casein (instead of denatured, lower quality caseinate), because the product is not treated with chemicals. This also means it's rich in whey and casein protein microfractions. With the inclusion of slow-digesting micellar casein, 100% Whey Complex provides a more sustained stream of amino acid release for up to 8 hours, which is an anti-catabolic feature. The digestive enzymes Papain and Bromelain - besides aiding in the actual utilization of amino acids from proteins - may also help to deal with soft tissue problems in the body that result from training trauma, so recovery and performance will be further enhanced!
