Complete All In One System contains Waxy Maize Starch (WMS), a high molecular weight carbohydrate that has been shown to be 80% more effective at replenishing glycogen stores than any other carbohydrate available. When this is combined with key muscle building nutrients such as Creatine Monohydrate, L-Glutamine, HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta methlbutyrate) and BCAAs (branch chain amino acid) it will allow maximum muscle growth and recovery to be achieved.
Recommended use:
Consume one 60g serving (two scoops) with 300-400ml water mid-morning and a second serving within 30 minutes of finishing exercise. We recommend you mix with water for maximum key delivery.
