This product is nature's multi-vitamin. Each capsule contains; 150mcg of Vitamin A, 0.1mg of Vitamin B1 & B2, 0.5mg of Vitamin B3, 0.15mcg of Vitamin B12 and 0.12mg of Iron. All of this makes this product a must for improving overall health and wellbeing.
