Express Protein XTR 4 by Boditronics is high quality blend of whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, egg albumin and soy protein isolate. We don’t need to remind you again how important protein is to build, repair and maintain muscle mass. One XTR4 serving will give you mix of all those types’ proteins in one 40 grams dose.
Whey protein is the number 1 protein used in bodybuilding because of its high easy digestion attributes and quick delivery. It’s great for muscle recovery and muscle growth.
Micellar casein is able to provide a sustained slow release of amino acids into the blood stream, sometimes lasting for several hours. It has been show that Casein protein can be digested up to 8 hours after consuming.
Egg albumin (egg white) contains almost no fat and its content of carbohydrate is less than 1%. 10% of egg white is protein and this adds a diversity of Express Protein XTR4.
Soy protein isolate also know as complete protein as it contains all the essential amino acids.
Recommended use:
Mix 2 full scoops into 300-400 ml of water. Mix in shaker or blender for 15 seconds and consume immediately. Consume 2-4 servings per day depending on protein requirements. We recommend taking more protein on training days.
