ORGANICORE™ RAW PROTEIN is the product everybody has been waiting for. What we all need to be aware of is the fact that most of whey and casein protein products (on the US market) contain recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH), which is given to cows. Many plant-based protein products also contain ingredients like hexane (a volatile liquid known to be an atmospheric pollutant), which is used as a solvent in the process of extracting proteins from plants. Conventional vegetable protein products can also contain monosodium glutamate (MSG), as they are made from junk vegetables which are unfit for sale and naturally contain high levels of glutamate. ORGANICORE™ RAW PROTEIN is manufactured in a low-heat process and made of 100% organic whole grain brown rice including bran. It has a complete amino acid profile (AAP) and a protein digestibility corrected amino acid score (PDCAAS) of 1, meaning that it provides the body with all the essential amino acids and has digestibility similar to that of whey and casein. Its biological value (BV), a measurement of how efficiently the protein can be absorbed from food and utilized by the body, is as good as with whey. It also has low carbohydrate and fat content and is lactose-free.
